Production Line 1
  1. Supply
    Raw material is randomly stacked on a pallet.
  2. Detection & Localization
    Helder AI Vision scans the pallet, detects all raw blocks, and precisely determines their positions.
  3. Picking & Loading the Milling Machine
    The FANUC M-710iD/70 robot picks up a detected block and places it into the ROBODRILL, equipped with a 5-axis Lehmann table.
  4. Milling Operation
    The ROBODRILL mills the end product selected by the visitor from the raw material (3 options).
  5. Unloading the Milling Machine & Placement
    The FANUC M-710iD/70 removes the finished part from the machine and places it on the finished products pallet.
Production Line 2
  1. Localization on the Pallet
    The FANUC CRX-30iA cobot, equipped with the FANUC 3D Area Sensor, automatically detects and localizes all boxes randomly positioned on the pallet.
  2. Picking & Stacking into the Cart
    The cobot picks up the detected boxes one by one and stacks them neatly into a cart.
  3. Detection in the Cart
    Once all boxes are placed in the cart, the cobot scans again and determines the exact positions of the stacked boxes.
  4. Restacking onto a Pallet
    The cobot then removes the boxes individually from the cart and restacks them onto a pallet.

  1. Recognition & Positioning
    The FANUC CRX-10iA/L Paint cobot localizes the racing bicycle helmets and automatically determines the correct paint position.
  2. Smooth Paint Spraying Process
    The FANUC CRX-10iA/L Paint cobot demonstrates smooth and highly controlled movements while spraying the helmets evenly and precisely.
  3. Final Result
    The racing bicycle helmets receive a professional, uniform, high-quality paint finish, fully executed by the FANUC CRX-10iA/L Paint cobot.
